Went to see the seal pups at Rhos on Sea a few weeks ago. Did notice some clearing of the pebbles of the beach compared to the last time I past. If it's enough to get to anything interesting I couldn't say. Walked across the beach towards the outcrop. Sand felt firm. Wished I had a detector with me.

If I get a chance will put up a pic when I get the finds bag out the van. Did escape but not overnight and found the sand lacking excitement looking at references for sand depth on the beaches. I did finally find a promising area and dug several pre decimals which included six pence, but no gold. There was a brief moment of excitement but it was a junk pendant. Still it was a break from the madness and nice to be on the sand.
