the one above the 208 is a number 80 time and percussion fuse

well the number 80 would have been used on a 13 pounder which had a maximum range of 5,800
meters

and the 208 would most probably come off a 3.7 inch shell which had a maximum range of 9,000 meters but it was also used on 4.5 inch guns and 5.25 inch guns
