Big lead bullet for ID
Hi all, could 1 of you experts tell me what these bullets where fired from i have found 20+ of these at Humberstone, at the low tide mark close to a couple of wrecks(possibly used as targets?) The base measures 24-25mm,height is 65mm and they weigh just short of 10 ounces, and are made from lead any info would be greatly appreciated

These heavy projectiles, 65mm in length, were found in the coastal mud at Seasalter in Kent. They were used as ranging rounds by anti-aircraft batteries situated along the coastline during WW2.
