ID on a possible bullet, please? Now with pictures!!!

Post by Doyley »

Evening,

Found this on the grounds of an old manor house, about 6 inches down in a wooded area.
I've found various sized musket balls, pinfire shotty cartridges and WWII rounds here before, but nothing like this.

Image

Can any of you ordnance ninjas id it for me please or confirm that it is a projectile of some sorts?

Thank you

Mark
