Non detecting finds for id please

Non detecting finds for id please

Hi All
Two rounds for identification please. The smaller looks like 20mm cannon round but not sure both are steel or similar magnetic/ non ferrous. Small one 20mm dia large one 40mm dia. Any idea what types of gun fired these.
They are both non detecting finds found in a private garage of a friend.

I hope they are empty!

and I think you have answered your own question 20mm cannon round and a 40mm bofors i reckon

Could they be dangerous? :-O 20mm looks solid from the end but 40mm has evidence of machining on the end.
