Coil flat or faulty

Ours is just over 4 yrs old and never had any trouble but it hasn't had heavy use specially in the first couple of years.

I tried charging my coil last night together with the headphones and controller .. I couldn't get the coil to charge at all .. I then swapped leads and the coil charged fine .. One of the three heads on the charger has just stopped working

Did you try swapping the lead heads about?

my 9"coil has packed up last week,i try to charge it and it shows two bars on the headphones but when i got to the field it was flat.iv tried over the weekend but no go,its still under warranty so ill ring regton tommorow.

Tried a new battery in my 13" coil and it worked cant believe it the other battery must have been faulty.
And the 9 " coil is working I just went back to v2 and every thing is working.

Mine did exactly the same. Thought i had a faulty 13" Coil a few months back and was getting very annoyed. Then in a moment of genius i swapped the USB lead over to another one and it started charging fine and has been charging great ever since, although the coil has no developed another problem...but thats a different story.
