Hi...
Probably me being thick but I'm exploring the remote atm and tried putting a new program on it... everything is fine apart from the frequency setting, it's just shows this _ _, when I press the + button to change through the frequencies all it does is give me the expert option and in there a frequency shift option on -152hz, i can go 1 up or down on that, that's it, no 4, 8, 12 or 18 khz options anywhere.
All the other programs have the _ _ too, is it because it I've taken the remote away from detector?
I'm lost on this one, any help pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated, cheers.
Frequency issue on remote...

Hi What What, I think by putting another program in is just going to confuse you, I think if I'm right in saying that you have only been out once or twice with the Deus, I would have thought that getting used to the factory programs would be more use to you and make you familiar with the machine, just a thought.

Cheers.
The remote or headphones need to 'talk' to the coil to be able to change frequencies also you refer to 152hz, I think you may be looking at audio frequency (hz) & not operational frequency (Khz) ?
Yeah, it's the hz frequency in the expert option on the normal frequency, that's the only option it gives when I have the remote away from the detector, it doesn't give the 4 khz frequency options.Nigel at regtons wrote:The remote or headphones need to 'talk' to the coil to be able to change frequencies also you refer to 152hz, I think you may be looking at audio frequency (hz) & not operational frequency (Khz) ?
