dangerous or not advice please

dangerous or not advice please

as i know nothing about military stuff it would be handy if one of you experts could let me know if these are dangerous or not? and if they are what i should do with them and what are they
i found them all within 10 square yards your advice is very sort after

they have not been fired (no mark from the firing pin) take them to the police station and hand them in it is an offence under the firearms act to be in possesion of ammo without a license.
they are not really dangerous as long as handled with care and there condition is very poor. the second photo with the black cylinder shaped beads is the powder so keep away from sources of ignition.
