Is this a bullet?

Post by chip »

I found this a few weeks ago on pasture again with my at pro with Nel thunder coil. Again on pro zero with zero discrimination and about 3” deep.

It weighs 11.58g and I thought it was a bullet but it seems very short and not very pointy so who knows.

Thanks

Certainly a bullet ::g
The lines lengthwise are from the rifling groves in the barrel, to make it spin.
The size and weight of it is right for a .45 calibre. Not a wartime (or earlier) .45 calibre, this is much more modern. ::g
