Hi Jon
I see this is an older post so am just enquiring as to whether your search is still on for a muddy boot detector buddy.
I work on a ship out of Portland and looks like you’d only be a train ride away. Don’t have a car down there so it’s public transport or up to my legs to get out and about.
16 years with a Laser Rapier and just upgraded to an Equinox 800 and busy learning my way around it. I have a permission on a few hundred acres up in Essex where my head office is but only manage a week or two a year up there. Won’t be back in Portland till March 20th/23rd though (2019)
I’m 55years young and putting off being an old fart till I’m in my eighties🤷🏼‍♂️
Regards
Martin

Hi Jon_boy, I'm the area this week (usually hail from Bracknell in Berkshire) and I'm really up for meeting up with someone for a session (in Bloxworth Heath but can travel any day this week until Saturday 13th April.

I know it's not a permanent buddy but I'm sure we could have a decent day out and a pint or two after? I'll send you a PM after this to see if we can do anything. I've got a NOX 800 and all my gear with me. Tried asking a local tenant farmer but unfortunately they weren't up for it at all lol.
