Would be great to see what your best ww2 related finds are? a Great one i seen recently on here was the find of a German infantry badge in the ardenes.. wow shocked me that...

a couple finds from Normandy area. German Belt buckle found near Carenten, a 60mm US HE mortar and as yet unidentified tail of another mortar.

the last pic is of some ammuntion picked up from Utah beach near exit 3 - just lying on the surface, no digging. There are German mauser rounds dated '38 and '39, plus US Carbine and 0.45 rounds, dated either '43 or '44

I did not need my detector to find this one!!
