A few .303 rounds (Blanks)

Post by hopespringseternal »

I found these on the edges of the Army Ranges, found them all separately within about half an hour.
Seem to be dated around 1941.

I could have found mountains more but got badly bitten by midges/mossies

They don't shoot from the place I was any more as there is now a house and kennels/cattery nearby which would not have been there in WW2.

2 seem to be intact but blank anyway.

Thought I would share them, but you have probably found loads yourselves!

Cant tell from the photo's, are they still live?
The broad masses of a population are more amenable to the appeal of rhetoric than to any other force.

Regardless of whether they're blanks or not, they're still illegal to own. Those rounds still contain a primer and cordite.... enough to cause some serious damage to your fingers!

Hand them in to the coppers mate.
